Set-up, Tear-down

-Good, Ole-fashioned set-up and tear-down if you need a bit of a work out-we've got tables, chairs, the whole set! Friday from 4pm-on, Sunday morning ideally before noon.

 

A/V, Music and Band

-Set up the show! If you know anything about stage and band equipment please lend a hand Friday evening, on-call in case of glitches Saturday.

Decor Team

-We need help Friday August 9th in the afternoon and evening, and Sunday August 11th in the morning.  Help at either time would be amazing!

​

Kitchen  and Meal Team

-Well, we may need help in the kitchen,clearing the meal and making sure everything gets put away from the venue. It will be a meal-time role, with the possibility of day-before tasks.

 

Bartenders

-Do you or does someone you know have Select-Serve? Ideally two or three folks can split shifts. This is a late afternoon to evening role.

Dancers!

 -We will need some folks (maybe 10 of us) interested in learning some dances for the party. Don't worry, we're all beginners. This is an evening role, with a practice some time the week before the wedding.

​

Rideshare Coordinators

 -During the event,  point people towards the Rideshare board it if they need a way home, try to make connections between those needing and offering rides. 

We want everyone to get home safely.
